60 Degrees competed in a multi-way commercial tender against international, regional and local agencies for a x-year marketing communication contract with HIA. The objective of the tender was to create multiple communications throughout HIA’s busy yearly calendar and elevate its position locally, regionally and internationally.
As a local agency, we were well versed as to the nuances and idiosyncrasies of the market, but our international expertise also enabled our solution sit across global markets. We delivered a big brand idea which in turn led to a communication platform from which a long-lasting communication idea could leap. Our thinking was strong, cohesive and creative enough to win the tender. In the interim, we reinforced HIA’s relationship with FC Bayern Munich through an in-flight welcoming video and assisted HIA in a number of voting campaigns which helped elevate HIA initially from 10th to 6th and then to become established as the 5th best airport in the world.
